Almost Heaven Riding Stables “Jingle all the way” Christmas Camp Riding Handling Grooming Saddling Singing * Safety & More* Christmas time is a quiet time, a warm time, with the anticipation of special surprises to come. This Christmas Holiday give your child the gift of sharing that your child will enjoy for a lifetime. Christmas Camp: Dec 22 Thursday 9-3 This is a special and fun camp. Other than lots of great riding, we will also dress up some of the horses as Christmas characters (reindeer, Santa, Mrs. Claus, angel, Christmas tree, elf, and Christmas present)! We will enjoy a ride to find and cut down a cedar tree from the farm, then decorate it with hand-made horsey ornaments. The horses love this camp too because they enjoy spending time with the kids. So come join in on an unforgettable, old-fashioned, AHRS Horsey Christmas! Christmas Camp Dec 28^th Wed 9-3 Your child will learn and experience the A’s to Z’s of winter time horse activities. Games, riding and the important winter care of your horse. Cost 1 camp $125.00 Both camps $200.00 Deposit $50.00 Remainder due upon arrival at camp Gift Certificates Available During the Christmas Holiday we will be having trail rides and riding lessons. 	Summer Horse Camp Horsemanship skills and fun in a safe, Christian, family environment nestled in our own private pocket of the world. Almost Heaven Riding Stables offers camps for kids 7 to 17 years of age. (2011) July 3rd- 8th (FULL) July 17-22 (FULL) Aug 7-12 (FULL) DAY CAMP Aug 3rd (Wed) - Aug 5th (Fri) Horse Lover's "Back-To-School Blast" 9:00am - 4:00pm - Lunch Provided COST: $225.00 per person

Campers will be introduced to play day events, western pleasure and English styles of riding. Each camper will experience a week of equine ownership whether they bring their own horse or one we provide. Our mornings start early with feeding and “fun stuff” like cleaning your horse’s stall. Days are packed with grooming, trail rides, bareback riding and much more. Nights slow down with horse games; hayrides and one special night end up around a campfire, roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. Friday is always exciting with a horseback water day, so bring a swimsuit and water toys, weather permitting. Campers can also be qualified to join our Almost Heaven Performance Team.

Campers will be enjoying their stay with us in our air conditioned bunkhouse overlooking the arena. Comfortable but rough enough to knock off a few of those big city edges. Please do not bring video games, IPods, etc. We do encourage horse related movies or board games for fun times with new friends. If a cell phone is used it must be left in the bunkhouse during group activities. SUPPLIES NEEDED: ~ Snacks/Sodas ~ Notebook and pens/pencils ~ Clothes and personal hygiene items ~ Sun screen/bug spray/medicine ~ Pillow/Sleeping Bag ~ Signed release forms

	Campers are supervised at all times by qualified counselors. Campers enjoy 3 home cooked meals a day. We provide water and kool-aid during the day but campers may bring drinks and snacks to be kept in the fridge in the bunkhouse.
